I had to return a duplicate gift once. It was pretty straightforward, just follow their instructions on the site. I think I had to pay return shipping though, afaik.

Returns were easy for me. You get your money back, but yeah, you usually cover the shipping cost back to them.

Are these plushies actually good quality? Like, compared to Squishmallows or Jellycat? My kids are pretty rough with their toys.

I have a couple of the Axol ones and they hold up really well. The fabric feels really nice too, way more durable than some Squishmallows that get lumpy fast.

Definitely good quality. My red panda plush has been through the wash a few times (gentle cycle!) and still looks new. Not quite as squishy as a Squishmallow, but super soft.
